Avocado Toast is one of the simplest breakfasts on the planet, AND it’s also super yummy, fast and nutritious.
I like to dress mine up with red onions and alfafa sprouts, but you can try it with tomatoes, cucumbers, sriracha, capers or even just straight up with a little salt and pepper. The possibilities are endless and we’d love to hear how you make yours in the comments below!
