No Fuss Shishito Peppers

Ingredients
  • ½ lb of Shishito Peppers
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Heat up olive oil over medium heat in a heavy bottomed pan (preferably cast iron).
  2. When oil is hot, add shishito peppers, spreading evenly in the pan. Saute until skins start to blister, about 2 or 3 minutes.
  3. Drain on a paper towel lined baking sheet or plate.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Enjoy immediately!
