Five Minute Thousand Island Dressing

Serves: 1.5 cups
This dressing is tangy, creamy, salty and a little sweet. Use it for dipping fries, drizzling over burgers or dressing salads.
  • 1 cup Vegan Mayo
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Agave
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp minced pickles
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and mix with a spoon until there are no ketchup or mayo lumps and it has reached a smooth pink consistency.
Store in an airtight jar or tupperware for up to 2 weeks in the fridge!
Give it a little stir when you use it, as the onions and pickles will settle to the bottom.
