This dressing is tangy, creamy, salty and a little sweet. Use it for dipping fries, drizzling over burgers or dressing salads.
Ingredients
1 cup Vegan Mayo
¼ cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Agave
2 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp minced pickles
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a jar and mix with a spoon until there are no ketchup or mayo lumps and it has reached a smooth pink consistency.
Notes
Store in an airtight jar or tupperware for up to 2 weeks in the fridge! Give it a little stir when you use it, as the onions and pickles will settle to the bottom.
