Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
- ½ cup smooth unsalted peanut butter
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp agave
- 2 tsp sriracha hot sauce (or more to taste)
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl or large liquid measuring cup, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar and agave, whisking to combine. Add in the water, a little bit at a time, whisking until a thick, but smooth sauce is formed. Whisk in the ginger and garlic powder, then add in sriracha to taste.
Notes
This sauce can keep in the fridge for up to five days. If it thickens too much in the fridge, just whisk in a little water to loosen it up when you use it.
